Kampala the Capital of Uganda

Uganda is the pearl of Africa due to her favorable climate characterized by rainfall and sunshine which are balanced throughout the year. Kampala is the capital city of Uganda and strategically located in the central region of the country. The capital city is surrounded by water bodies like Lake Victoria, Kyoga and rivers like River Nile- the longest in Africa.
In addition to the strategic location, Kampala city is endowed with a variety of tourist attraction and among which include the historical sites like Uganda museum where Uganda historical weapons and equipments are kept. On a Uganda safari through the heart of Africa, you can visit amazing tourist sites in Kampala. These include;
The Kasubi tombs where the Buganda Kings are laid to rest in eternal peace, when you visit this site, you will be able to read about the Buganda history up to date. On your Kampala city tour, you can visit other places like Bahai Temple, Nakasero fruits market, Uganda martyrs shrine in Namugongo, Art and craft shops at Buganda road and National Theatre among others.
Kampala also hosts education centers like schools and high institution of Learning and among which include Makerere University, Kyambogo University  to mention but a few. In the city, we find wonderful markets like Owino market, Usafi, Nakasero market and so on.
The climate of Kampala also leaves a lot to be desired since the city receives balanced climate suitable for human being. Visitor from abroad settle in Kampala to enjoy sun bathing in order to dodge winter periods in their countries. Therefore Kampala acts as rescue destination hence a better place to visit.
The beauty of the city is witnessed during day and at night to become so wonderful when bulb lights flash the beautiful building. Socialisation is more interesting at night due to booms from night clubs. People flood the bars at night as they refresh their minds with drinks and restoration of energy lost during a full day on routine work.
